• Local DISCOM (Electricity Board) commercial power tariffs and demand charges.
• The operator's marketing, pricing strategy, and uptime maintenance.
• Shifts in government EV subsidies and policies.

Due to the industrial and bespoke nature of commercial EV charging infrastructure, standard consumer retail return policies are fundamentally inapplicable.

1. Commercial Hardware Warranty

All industrial chargers supplied are covered by a standard B2B manufacturer's warranty against physical and electrical defects. Faulty internal modules or components will be repaired or replaced under the explicit Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) terms defined in your formal procurement contract.

2. Custom Orders & Procurement

Once a commercial order is placed and the manufacturing or dispatch process has commenced, it cannot be canceled. Mobilization advances and partial payments for bulk hardware procurement are non-refundable.
